Public ferries connect all the major towns from the top of the lake right down to the bottom. There is a different timetable for different seasons. The summer timetable should come out in mid April.
At every boat port you can pick up a free timetable and buy tickets.
Taxis
Taxis are available from all airports outside the main entrance and prices vary depending on your destination. Taxis are available back to the airport at the end of your stay but should be arranged via the taxi company websites a few days prior to your travel date. Most hotels will help you arrange this during your stay.
Car Hire
A hire car is a good way to see the lake and should be arranged in advance of your trip. Cars can be hired from each of the three airports.
